This website offers visitors the ability to order our all-natural pain relief products. We only ship to an address located within the United States of America. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. We encourage you to try our lowest priced product in the event of any concerns about the effectiveness of our all-natural pain relief products, and we would be happy to fulfill any future orders if you are satisfied with your order.

We will not provide a refund for any orders that are delivered to an incorrect address, so please ensure the correct info is provided. Any issues with delivery of an order after it has been provided to USPS, FedEx or UPS should be resolved with the delivery service that was responsible for successful delivery of the product.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

Our responsibility upon receiving an order and full payment will be to properly package the items ordered, and using mailing services such as USPS, FedEx and UPS to deliver the product to the name and address provided in the order form at checkout. We aim to have the order mailed out as soon as possible as well as provide a tracking number if possible.​

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Claudette Jackson Palmer. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Grovetown, Georgia. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Any communication will be from pisarelief@gmail.com or 706-231-6855 and will only be regarding an order made or if we were contacted prior on those prior communication channels. We will not respond to any communication that is not in regard to pisarelief.com or one of our products. Likewise, we will not contact anyone unsolicited regarding pisarelief.com or our products.

Any orders made on this site will remain strictly confidential and we will not disclose on our part any customer information such as their names, addresses, payment or contact info. Any payment info submitted is not directly seen by anyone at PISARELIEF, and is securely handled by Wix.com's payment system.
